  4. * Used to edit the Proteus Preset
  5.   sound

  7. * Edited presets can be stored in
  8.   locations 64 - 127 in a Proteus
  9.   and in locations 0 - 191 in a
  10.   Proteus XR.

  12. * A Preset can be moved directly in
  13.   and out of a Preset Bank.

  15. * The "Instrument" sounds listed in
  16.   this editor are for both a Proteus
  17.   and a Proteus with the Protologic
  18.   upgrade. If have an ordinary
  19.   Proteus, you can select only from
  20.   the first 126 instruments (up to
  21.   Mallet 1). The additional sample
  22.   instruments are available only to
  23.   Protei with Protologic installed)

  25. * The "Orch Sound" Parameter contains
  26.   all of the Orchestral sounds for
  27.   the Proteus/1 Plus Orchestral.
  28.   If you have one of these
  29.   instruments then use this parameter
  30.   to select one of the available
  31.   sounds if desired. Do not use this
  32.   parameter if you do not have one
  33.   of these instruments - the Proteus
  34.   will be unable to generate the
  35.   selected sound.
